Finally, I get to contribute to OUR blog! There's a learning curve to this blogging thing.
I wasn't really excited to write on here but now that I have the freedom I kind of feel like babbling!
David and I have known each other now for 2 months 1 day 1 hour and 34 minutes. Yes... that's from the time we met. It feels more like we've known each other 11 years, 2 months, 4 days 16 hours and 22 minutes. I love this man! He and I compliment each other -- we complement each other too! *giggle
Well, I think I really like blogging because I have homework to do. The great procrastinator strikes again!

Consider this yesterday
I did not post yesterday, so please either pretend that you read this on Monday...or simply consider in your mind any thoughts I provoke during yesterday. (Don't ask me how, please just try).
The dentist did a great job yesterday with a difficult extraction, and was quite fair in charging me.
My sweetheart did an amazing job taking care of me, showing me that I am am loved...and charged me absolutely nothing.
The dentist was necessary. Mandy, the woman I love, is absolutely impossible to replace.
I am grateful for both. One is paid...the other I will spend years repaying. All of this is by choice...mine and theirs.
Choices. I am where I am today because of the choices I have made in my life. I am not happy with all of my decisions, but I am certainly happy with where I am.

Doggies and children...well, just doggies
This should come as no big surprise, but training a puppy to use the bathroom OUTSIDE shouldn't be this complicated. My newest puppy had been outside for a lengthy period of time and waited until coming in to potty. This happened TWICE today.
As I contemplate what to do it occurs to me that maybe all she needs is a heated, carpeted outhouse full of personal belongings. Grrrrr....

Today was a day...
Not only has it been eight weeks and two days since my last haircut, but we also got a dog today...plus made a commitment to get a second dog tomorrow. So, lots of hair around the house now. Actually, of the three of us my hair is the longest, but they still have more overall...but only by a hair.
Discussing dog breeds, and looking at lots of online ads over the past few weeks, we had lots of ideas. The two dogs we are adding to our family were not included in any of those ideas. Two pit bulls. In the coming days we will add pictures of Zuma (the two-year-old male) and Phoenix (the four-month-old female)....the meanest looking teddy bears on the planet.
Hair-raising dogs...not that they are truly scary, but they have raised the amount of hair in our lives. Who knew more hair could be so wonderful?
David
